    I’d be interested to know if; there is a provision that docs can’t be held liable if they follow the guidelines. --that no prosecutor will go after them because they followed the rules.

    I’m worried that some angry prosc will go after a doc because the doc performed an abortion that the prosc didn’t like

      As I remember/understand it, it’s a civil law, not a criminal one. One that doesn’t really care about standing (who has skin in the game to file a lawsuit). So here’s the neat part: damn near anyone can sue over it!
