The Murdoch press's celebration of the misery visited upon Mahmoud Khalil hearkens back to the "War on Terror."

There is a good reason for the outcry. Khalil has not been charged with a crime, but the executive branch, without consulting a judge, revoked his legal status based on his political speech.
