Responding to the alcohol bit, it’s a real eye opener once you realize that even if you don’t drink enough to feel hungover the next day it makes you feel depressed and anxious. I like my bourbon but geez you can’t even have one drink as you get older.
Totally. And ever since I hit 30 or so, I have to be so mindful of my consumption or else I just get these absolutely wicked hangovers. And I’m not even talking benders, I’m talking two or three craft beers without consciously drinking a ton of water. It’s such a hassle that I’m almost always sober nowadays.
