I have schizoaffective disorder which I thought might happen since I have two family members with sza, and there were signs when I look back. Hoped I could dodge it but it happened slowly over a couple of years. Can confirm the computer definitely…doesn’t help things in terms of mental health. I do need to do a multi-day tech detox soon I think. Drawing has helped keep me from going online too much but it’s still pretty bad.
